I started Data Cross in 2006 supporting small businesses around Los Angeles. Over twenty years that has meant a lot of things, but the work I keep coming back to is communications infrastructure: getting a business’s phones, network, and people connected and keeping them that way.
I have been an authorized RingCentral partner since 2011, and Data Cross is a Certified Delivery Partner, which means I am certified to lead installations rather than hand them off. I have also spent time on the enterprise side, most recently as IT On-Site Support Lead for the Eastern Region at a manufacturing group, which is where I learned what it looks like when a phone cutover goes badly at a site with no local IT.
Data Cross is deliberately small. I scope the job, I run the cutover, and I train your staff. There is no account manager between you and the person doing the work.
